Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase from TJB COLLECTION ?

Yes, you have to sign up to purchase from TJB Collection.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot your password?" in the sign-up dialogue box and we will email you a link, which enables you to reset your password.

What types of emails will I receive from you? Can I unsubscribe to them?

Once you have created an account, you are automatically subscribed to our email newsletters, which feature our newest products and are sent approximately every fortnight. We may also email you occasionally to introduce a new function or feature of the site. We do not share your email with any other company or service without your prior permission. Read our Privacy Policy here. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the link at the bottom of any of our email newsletters.

What payment methods do you accept?

For the time being we accept cash on delivery or bank transfer only.

How do I change my email address?

You cannot change the email address associated with your account since your email address is also your account log-in. Contact our customer support team at info@tjbcollection.com for assistance.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our online collections, signing up for an account. Each product has its own page. On the right side of the large product image on that page is a button labeled "Add to Jewelry Box". Click that button to buy an item, then you will be prompted to sign in and complete a shipping and payment details in order to check out.

What happens after I place an order?

For In Stock purchases, clicking "Add to Jewelry Box" and checking out means that you will receive an order confirmation email summarising the product, billing, and shipping details. Our customer representative will also contact you for payment method and delivery. Delivery within the GCC, generally takes less than one week of purchase but please be sure to check the delivery date stated at the top right of the item page. For customers outside the GCC, delivery may take 2-3 days longer.
As for pre-orders, clicking "Add to Jewelry Box" and checking out means that you will be charged the stated price and will receive an order confirmation email summarising your product, billing, and shipping details. The order will be submitted to the manufacturer for custom production and ships in less than 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after I have confirmed an order?
